✦ Synopsis

In this paper, we first prove a new fixed-point theorem from which the Kakutani's fixed-point theorem in locally convex topological vector spaces is immediately extended to H-spaces. Then, we establish a new existence theorem of equilibrium for generalized games in H-spaces, by applying our fixed-point theorem.
