A mass-spectrometric investigation of phase equilibria in (barium oxide + diyttrium trioxide) is described. Standard molar enthalpies and standard molar Gibbs free energies of formation were determined for Ba3Y4O9(cr) and BaY2O4(cr). A (p, T, x) phase diagram for (barium oxide + diyttrium trioxide)

β¦ Synopsis
new evaluation of the thermodynamic properties of carbon has been made. A set of parameter values describing the Gibbs energy of each individual phase as a function of temperature and pressure is given. The ex~~rnen~l info~at~on on the P, T phase diagram and the the~~ynamicai data are compared with calculations made using the presented set of parameters. The experimental information is well reproduced.

## Abstract The title system is characterized by DTA, XRD, and EMF measurements and a selfβconsistent phase diagram is constructed, which can be the base for growing single crystals of SbSeI.
Raman spectra of tluid and solid oxygen have been measured in the pressure range from O-6 CPa at various temperatures from 6 to 300 K. Ir. addition to the pressure dependence of the internal mode, the &rational modes were used to identify the different phases of solid oxygen and to determine the p-T
