## Abstract In this study, an enzymeโlinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was developed to quantify vitellogenin (Vtg) in zebrafish (__Danio rerio__). Zebrafish Vtg (zfโVtg) was purified from wholeโbody homogenates of estradiolโexposed zebrafish, and polyclonal antibodies against zfโVtg were raised.
