✦ Synopsis
A new co-modeling technique dedicated to RF module design and optimization is described. This approach is based on combined EM, circuit, and artificial neural network simulations. Generic segments are parameterized in geometry, physical properties and frequency by analytical models and are integrated into commercial circuit software. This comodeling combines speed and flexibility of circuit simulators and accuracy of EM-based simulators. V
