✦ Synopsis
Several kinds of organotin compounds involving stannyl oximates have been examined as reagents for deblocking the internucleotidic phenylthio group from an appropriately protected S-phenyl diuridine phosphorothioate (&). Among them, bis(tributyltin) oxide was found to be very effective.
