THE JoF POLICY The purposes of this section are, first, to help our readers to be aware of all books that are relevant to forecasting, and second, we want to emphasize books that make highly significant contributions to forecasting. Finally, we want to emphasize how a book can be used by forecasters.
The Book Reviews section will normally include a listing of Books Received and Reviews. Readers, authors and publishers are invited to contribute to the listings or to the reviews.
If you would like to do a review, please contact us first to determine whether a review is already being done. (For exceptional books, we may publish more than one review.) In preparing a review, please follow the 'Guidelines to Authors' on the back cover of the JoF.
At the present time, the book reviews are being handled by the Managing Editor.
