Summary
The present paper describes the development and piloting of a computer‐based single case methodology for the assessment of paedophile sexual interest in people with learning disabilities. Clinical, methodological and ethical issues with respect to the assessment of sexual interest are raised. Data from a series of assesments is presented graphically and the implications of the findings are discussed.
