Performing a conventional radical inguinal orchiectomy for suspected testicular cancer has three important deficiencies: I ) A benign lesion can unnecessarily and unknowingly be treated by orchiectomy . 2) Alternate routes of tumor dissemination (superficial external pudendal veins) are not clamped
