โœฆ Synopsis

In this work we present the LTS N generalization to solve transport problem with complex eigenvalue in a slab. We apply this formulation to a radiative transfer problem with polarization reporting simulation and comparison with available results in the literature.

In this work, we solve the radiative heat transfer equation for an arbitrary source with distributed internal energy sources and two bounded black boundaries which are kept at constant temperatures in a slab using the LTS N method. Numerical simulations are carried out for problems with constant, po

## Abstract We consider the problem of solving the integral form of the radiative transfer equation in an atmosphere with optical thickness ฯ„~0~โ‰ซ1. We propose two methods transforming this problem to a finite set of the independent problems of the same type set in an atmosphere with optical thickne
