✦ Synopsis
A new single-layer feeding mechanism for planar slot arrays is proposed. It makes use of a series of T-junctions to di¨ide the input power in alternating phase and in arbitrary ratios to the radiating branches. The design procedure presented in this paper also allows for ¨arying input admittances for the different branch lines. A simple equi¨alent network approach for the off-center frequency analysis of the feed is proposed. Measured results for a prototype power di¨ider confirm the theory.
