## Abstract The fibril protein in three cases of systemic amyloidosis associated with renal adenocarcinoma was identified as amyloid A protein (AA) using immunohistochemical staining techniques. Amyloid P component was also present in all deposits. In one case unfixed snap frozen tissues were studi
