## Abstract An der Aminogruppe geschützte Aminonitrile lassen sich über die Aminosäure‐imidoester in die Aminosäure‐thionester überführen. Mit Ammoniak, primären Aminen und Aminosäuren lassen sich daraus in guten Ausbeuten Thioamide und Endothiopeptide gewinnen.

## Abstract Thiolesters of amino acids and peptides are prepared from their N‐carbobenzoxy derivatives by cleavage of the carbobenzoxy group with HBr in glacial acetic acid.
