โฆ Synopsis
By now you have received the packet of information for our Thirteenth Annual Meeting. If you have not sent in your registration, and plan to attend, please send it to the central office immediately.
The Thirteenth Annual Meeting will include presentations on all phases of research, development, and applications of lasers in surgery and medicine. The plenary session talks will focus on the progression from basic science research to potential and realized clinical applications including novel laser-based treatment of burns and prostate disease, the novel applications of lasers in cardiology, as well as optical imaging, and safety issues. As usual, the Parade of Specialties will highlight recent advances in the represented sub-specialties and individual presentations will be given in the breakout sessions. This year numerous panel discussion groups have been organized to increase the interaction among the basic scientists, clinicians, and industry personnel who contribute at the meeting. Continuing Medical Education credits are available for this meeting. Registration fees for the meeting vary according to three categories of registration.
