## Abstract Bladder cancer develops through different pathways, provisionally entitled “papillary” and “invasive.” Carcinoma __in situ__ (CIS) is thought to be the precursor of invasive bladder cancer. However, little is known about chromosomal alterations of these clinically important lesions, and
