โฆ Synopsis
Bovine lymphocyte antigen FACS: Fluorescence-activated cell sorter IL 2: Interleukin 2 mAb: Monoclonal antibody(ies) MHC: Major histocompatibility complex PBMC: Peripheral blood mononuclear cells TCGF: T cell growth factor Tp(M): Theileria parva (Muguga)
infected and transformed with TpM sporozoites in vitro , and subsequently maintained in RPMI 1640 medium (Gibco, Uxbridge, GB) supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated fetal bovine serum (Gibco), 2 mM L-glutamine, 50 yglml gentamycin and 5 X M 2-mercaptoethanol, at 37 "C in a humidified atmos here of 5% COz in air. An approximate cell density of 5 x 10 cells/ml was achieved by daily subculture. Maintenance
