## Abstract Amino alcohols have been used to introduce non‐racemic chirality into macrocycles using a modular approach that relies on a Heck macrocyclisation reaction. A wide variety of macrocycles have been synthesised, and their structures studied using X‐ray crystallography and molecular modelli
