It is shown that if G is a l-tough nonhamiltonian graph on even number vertices n>4 such that d(x)+d(y)+d(z)>n for every triple of mutually distinct and nonadjacent vertices x, y, z, and maxjd(u), d(o)} >(n -6)/2 for all vertices u, v at distance 2 in G then G is a factor of one of the three fixed maximally nonhamiltonian graphs,
