Three new diterpenoid alkaloids, puberulines AβC (1β3, resp.), and three new benzamide derivatives, puberulines DβF (4β6, resp.), as well as 16 known diterpenoid alkaloids were isolated from Aconitum barbatum var. puberulum. The structures of the new compounds were established on the basis of spectral data (IR, EIβMS, HRβESIβMS, HRβEIβMS, ^1^Hβ and ^13^CβNMR, DEPT, NOE, HMQC, ^1^H,^1^HβCOSY, HMBC, NOESY, and TOCSY).
