The synthesis of zinc oxide (ZnO) nanowires was achieved by thermal evaporation on a steel alloy substrate. Various material characteristics such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), selected area electron diffraction (SAED), and Raman scattering analysis indicated tha
