Using an integrated global approach, Shaw will manage the main process unit engineering work from its Houston, Texas office. Shaw offices in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Mumbai, India, will provide support. Shaw is participating in this project as part of a consortium with CTCI who will perform the balance of plant engineering as well as the procurement and construction of the whole facility.
