## SUMMARY Porphyria cutanea tarda (PCT) is a metabolic disorder of haem biosynthesis caused by decreased activity of uroporphyrinogen decarboxylase. Porphyria cutanea tarda is manifest by fragility, erosions, bullae, milia and scars on sun‐exposed skin. Excess porphyrins in the skin interact with
