The Alavehir graben is one of the main E-W (sensu lato) trending structures which developed under Late Cenozoic N S extensional tectonics in west Turkey. The age of this graben is accepted broadly as Mio-Pliocene, but no specific data is available. An Eskihisar sporomorph association (middle Burdiga
