โฆ Synopsis
Over the past decade, a vast literature describing silicon metal-insulatorsemiconductor solar cells has built up. In this paper the concepts emerging from this work which are in the present authors' opinion the most useful are identified and suggestions are made as to how this structure can be used to improve the present silicon cell technology.
