The objective of this biennial conference is to provide an international forum to promote, exchange, and disseminate information and research results on integration of people, organization and technology in the quest for manufacturing agility.
The related aspects of advanced manufacturing technology and hybrid automation systems will be discussed at the Conference. Particular emphasis will be placed on the enhancement of human skills and integration of these skills with machine performance for improved management of change, product flexibility, product quality, process quality, human reliability and system reliability.
The forum will be multidisciplinary with participation from all segments of the international scientific and engineering communities. The conference will also provide industrial managers with an opportunity to familiarize themselves with the latest developments in agile manufacturing.
