✦ Synopsis
The differential capacity at the dropping mercury electrode in 0.2 and 0.3 mol dm-3 solutions of LiCIO, in methanol and with increasing additions of Tri(n)octylphosphine oxide (TOPO) has been measured. The adsorption parameters in the analytical model of capacity, based on the Frumkin isotherm, have been estimated for three groups of experimental data: for solutions of TOP0 with 0.1, 0.2 and 0.3 moldm-s LiCIO, as supporting electrolyte. The adequacy of the corresponding models to each of the three experimental samples has been proved. The influence of the concentration of the supporting electrolyte on the statistical estimates of the adsorption parameters of TOP0 has been discussed.
