LJPS experiments have revealed that CO chemisorbs on polycrystalline gold at 77 K. The specific band structure of gold-deposited nlatinum and the adsorbed state of CO on it have also been investigated.

Adsorption of water, ions, and biomolecules constitutes the first events occurring at biomaterialbiosystem interfaces. In this work, the adsorption and coadsorption of water and glycine on TiO 2 were studied by thermal desorption spectroscopy (TDS). The first water monolayer desorbs in three peaks a
The dependence of adsorption of chlorobenzene at the gold/electrolyte (0.5 M H2S04) interface on electrode potential, bulk concentration and temperature has been investigated using a "'C-radiotracer technique. For higher bulk concentrations of chlorobenzene, multilayer adsorption has been observed.
