โœฆ Synopsis


Nitrogen adsorption on an intermetallic compound, LaNi 5 , was studied before and after activation and after hydriding-dehydriding cycling. The specific surface area of activated LaNi 5 was 0.271ุŽ0.004 m 2 g ุŠ1 . Adsorption and desorption isotherms of activated LaNi 5 were obtained. The adsorption isotherm was similar to type II among the five types of isotherms classified by S.
