## Abstract Based on the fluorescence properties of adriamycin (ADM) and daunorubicin (DNR), uptake in sensitive and resistant Friend leukemia cells (FLC) was studied with the aid of the fluorescence activated cell sorter (FACS II). A quantitative cell by cell fluorescence intensity analysis showed
