The lung fields were clear. There was a ballotable mass of spontaneous adrenal haemorrhage is in the right loin but no other significant abdominal finding. Brachial and femoral pulses were normal. reported. T h e clinical presentation, diagnosis, and Investigations revealed a haemoglobin of 11.5 g. per management are discussed and compared with ~o o m l . with a haematocrit of 40 per cent.
