✦ Synopsis
All mice were injected with 200 mg CY/kg. After 6 hr, 50 X lo6 normal or immune spleen cells were injected intraveno~sly.-~14 days after CY or spleen-cell injection, mice were injected intradermally with MCN76-9 tumor cells. The resulting tumors were excised after 10 day~.-~Mice were challenged with an intramuscular injection of 2 X lo5 tumor cells. The number of mice with tumors was assessed 21 days later.
