β¦ Synopsis
This paper considers the estimation problems of an arbitrary linear function of the characteristic values of a finite population under the Linex loss function. We obtain all admissible linear estimators when the variance o -2 is known and all admissible linear estimators in the class of linear estimators when O "2 is unknown.
