โœฆ Synopsis

This book is indeed for the more advance and knowledgable, but its a book that all ADHD must have. Its written in a clear manner so even with ADHD one can follow it. It gives answers in depth and with true meaning. I have read a lot of books/articles, www... on ADHD and this one without a doubt is the best. I'm sorry I did not find it earlier. I cannot encourage you to buy it enough. It has numerous explanations, strategies, diaries,... and its all divided into detailed steps so its easy to understand, follow and succed!
Its really amazing that this book is so important for ADHD people and their psiquiatrist, psicologist and coach! It really explains very well their 'cognitive-behavioural model'.
Its all about understanding the mind of the ADHD and how to go about it in the present and future, not so about medication. In comparison with the most popular books this is a real guide, indeed a bible!
