Obwohl der Gehalt an Gesamtlipiden in allen Versuchsbliicken gleich ist (Abb. l), zeigen sich fitterungsabhangige Veriinderungen in den Gehalten an Phospholipiden, Triglyceriden und freien Fettsauren, die zusammen etwa 85% der Leberlipide bilden. Der obere Teil der Abb. 9 l a t erkennen, daB steigende Gaben an Linolensaure eine gewisse Senkung des Gehaltes an Phospholipiden bewirken. Olsaure verursacht eine starke Abnahme des Gehaltes an Phospholipiden. Vermehrte Zufuhr an Linolsaure hhrt zu hoheren Konzentrationen an Phospholipiden. In allen drei Versuchsblokken sind die Veriinderungen bei den Triglyceriden denen der Phospholipide u n g e f h gegenlaufig. Geringe Konzentra-
