Abstract
The acute toxicities of seven alkylaminocyclohexanecarbonitriles, probable contaminants of Phencyclidine analogs, were investigated in Swiss male mice and i.p. LD~50~ values were obtained. The LD~50~ value of each nitrile was significantly increased (two‐ to three‐fold) using sodium nitrite pretreated mice.
