Spontaneous, suppurative-necrotizing changes associated with Hodgkin's disease (HD) are not infrequent. They are mostly observed in the nodular sclerosis variant of HD and can cause an erroneous histologic diagnosis of suppurative lymphadenitis. Few cytologic reports describing this presentation of
