## Abstract Parotitis, an infrequent, previously unreported complication of whole‐brain radiation therapy, was observed in 4 patients. The acute symptoms, which include fever, dry mouth, pain, swelling, and tenderness, are accompanied by hyperamylasemia. Among 10 patients receiving whole‐brain irra
