findings. In 7, an original diagnosis of sinus tachycardia (ST)was changed to atrial flutter (AFL) in 5, atrial tachycardia in 1, and AV nodal re-entry (AVNR) in 1. In 4, suspected AFL or atrial fibrillation (AF) was found to be ventricular tachycardia, AVNR, or multifocal atrial tachycardia. In 7 patients, the 12-lead ECG diagnosis of AFL, AVNR, or AF .was changed to ST after E-ECG. Among the patients with 12-lead ECG diagnosis of ST, AVNR, or AF, the diagnosis was changed to AFL in i0. E-ECG findings altered acute management in 22 of 34 (65%) patients (drug therapy vs cardioversion x;s assessment of cause of ST). We conclude that this new, simple technique facilitates acute diagnosis and management of perplexing tachyarrhythmias:

The clinical significance of myocardial bridges (MBs) is variable, and most patients are asymptomatic. However, angina, myocardial infarction, and sudden death have been reported in association with MBs. Here we describe the use of intracoronary stenting for the treatment of a patient with an anteri
