Neutron scattering experiments on superconducting YBa$usO6+x reveal that the scattering vanishes for energy transfers above approximately 50 meV. In order to examine Alexandrov's suggestion [l] that the disappearance of magnetic scattering is due to the narrowness of the bipolaron band, we present a
