Time-course changes in anthocyanin accumulation, phenylalanine ammonia-lyase activity and chalcone synthase activity were examined in roselle callus tissues incubated under different culture conditions. Phenylalanine ammonia-lyase activity was not affected by either the kind of auxin supplemented to
