Recent reports suggest that prostaglandins, rather than CAMP, play a major role in mediating cholera toxin-induced water and electrolyte secretion from rabbit intestinal loops. We examined the role of prostaglandins in mediating toxininduced pancreatic and gastric exocrine secretion. In these tissue
