The Pupicon TM device is a simple and rapid method to measure and record pupil size and tangent fidds. The correlation between the blood pressure, pulse, and pupil equality has significant application. The blood pressure is more variable, with movement artifact, than are pupil size measurements. Close monitoring of these vital signs from the initial onset of pathology to the brain may allow us to treat more patients in the earliest period now available.
