โฆ Synopsis
Three variable steel condensors were constructed which gave mutually agreeing results so that the capacity may be found from the dimensions which were known with accuracy of I in 20000. A method is given to determine the value of the capacity of a fixed condenser with an accuracy of I in 10000. The electrometer used is described.
