A novel technique for measuring the low critical fields for HTSC ceramics is demonstrated. The method is based on the d.c. magnetic field dependence of the real part x' of the complex a.c. susceptibility detected by changes in the resonant frequency f of the MHz oscillator in which the HTSC ceramic
