Abstract

Subordinates will forgive a leader almost any mistake, except a lack of integrity, William A. Cohen argues. β€œDon't say β€˜it is a jungle out there’ and that you have to make compromises. Follow the path of integrity. Do this and others in your organization will do it too and you will build the foundation that can and will make a difference not only in your organization, but also in society as a whole,” Cohen says.
