From diffraction-limited images produced by the near-IR camera NICMOS aboard the Hubble Space Telescope we derived maps of Titan's surface in the methane windows near 1.1, 1.6, and 2.0 ยตm. Each part of Titan's atmosphere and surface was imaged at least twice over a time period of 24 h to look for mo

โฆ Synopsis
Observations of Triton were made using the Faint Object Spectrograph on the Hubble Space Telescope in August of 1995. We present a visual spectrum of Triton between 3000 and 8500 A . We compare our measurements with previous observations and find that Triton's color in 1995 is consistent with its color at the time of the Voyager 2 flyby.
