4 quantum-mechanical calculation of the spin-vibronic states of an cschange-coupled mixed-vrdencc dimer is presented. It is shown that the temperature dependence of the magnetic moment isstrongy influenced by intromolecular electron transfer and vibronic coupling. The transformation of the intervalence transfer bandshape in exchange-coupled mixed-valence dimers is also considered.
