✦ Synopsis


Abstraet--A generalized scheme for the electrochemical oxidation of carbonaceous fuels on platinum in sulphurie acid is proposed. Characteristics of the electrochemical oxidation of low molecular weight oxygenated fuels, paratfms and olefins are considered in light of a "two-site" surface. The nature of oscillatory phenomena in these systems is discussed.
