Vier gewinnt: Vier Schlüsselbausteine für die Totalsynthese von Norhalichondrin B (siehe Strukturformel) wurden hergestellt und anschließend zum Naturstoff zusammengesetzt. Entscheidende Merkmale der Totalsynthese sind eine Achmatowicz‐Oxidation mit anschließender ionischer Hydrierung zum Aufbau von Pyranen und Pyranopyranen sowie die Anwendung der Tandemmetathese zur Herstellung von Pyranopyranen.magnified image
