✦ Synopsis
It is shown that a non-phenomenological
treatment of the transient regime under high intensity irradiations is allowed by using a "reduced" molecular system. Such an approach is developed without disregarding the interaction between the molecule and its physical environment which gives rise to ion_gitudind relaxation processes.
