## Abstract In this paper, an RF curve‐fitting predistorter is proposed to extend the linearized dynamic range of a power amplifier. AM‐AM and AM‐PM distortion of the power amplifier can be compensated by accurately adjusting the gain and phase gradients of the three‐reflection‐type diode predistor
